Our Experienced Team
We have a very thorough understanding of our clients' needs and have the skills and experience required to be able to select the ideal candidate for each job. We will ensure we explain precisely what is required to the candidate ensuring he/she understands what is expected of him/her before arrival.
We believe that to meet our client's requirements we must attract the highest calibre of candidate. To achieve this AFE Recruitment has staff in place whose primary focus is to advertise, interview and register new candidates. We also invest heavily into developing our digital marketing, CRM, and resourcing capability.
Training
We employ an inhouse training and assessment team and run our own HGV driver training school to deliver regular training, to both our in-house staff and agency workers. Our driver training takes place from within our training centre based in Potters Bar and our driving school in Stevenage.
Staff training takes place every 3 months, with the objective of ensuring that all drivers employed by AFE Recruitment possess a thorough understanding of tachograph and WTD regulations. We believe both phases of this training are integral to ensuring that UK & European laws are adhered to, and that the possibility of driver tachograph infringement is kept to a minimum.

Warehouse Staff
AFE Recruitment Services have a proven track record in supplying quality Warehouse Operatives for temporary, permanent and contract roles. We can supply professional warehouse staff with many years' experiences in logistics. We have worked with numerous blue-chip clients to supply warehouse staff, pickers & packers, loaders and forklift drivers for warehouse operations.

Candidate Database & Payroll
We currently payroll 300-500 drivers per week for our clientele, and we have the financial capacity in place to increase this to up to 900 drivers per week. In addition, we have a database of several individuals that we engage on an ad hoc basis or are searching for new positions.
