Notification Of Payroll Error

Dear XPO Driver

Due to a technical error, no Tax or National Insurance (NI)  deductions have been made from your gross wages and a VAT amount of 20% has also been added.

This means you have been overpaid and therefore next week there will be a deduction to your pay which will match the overpayment on this week’s pay.

You will receive your correct and new payslip by 6 pm today. This will replace the incorrect payslip that you may have already received.  The difference between this morning’s payslip and the correct payslip you will receive by 6 pm today is the amount that will be deducted next week.
