Arla - XPO Payment of Breaks Confirmation

Hi AFE Drivers at Arla - XPO

Please take this message as formal confirmation that on completion of 13 weeks after w/c 4th April 2021 all drivers working via agency at the depot will be paid breaks on all shifts completed.

Just to clarify, you will NOT have your daily breaks deducted off your pay each day. If you work 10 hours you will be paid 10 hours. If you work 14 hours you will be paid 14 hours.

Until completion of your qualifying period, AFE Recruitment will be paying all drivers who are available for work at Arla a discretionary £40 per week.

I just want to say it’s a crazy time at the moment and we thank you for sticking with us at Arla.
