Pension Deductions – Do not ignore – Action Needed
After 12 weeks of service with AFE Recruitment, as a PAYE employee, you are by law automatically enrolled into the agency’s worker pension scheme, run by Crystal Pensions.
This means that each week, 5% of your salary, is deducted from your weekly pay and invested into a pension scheme.
If you do not want this to happen you can opt-out of the pension scheme by completing the form below.
Pension Scheme Preference
- If you opt-out and have already had pension deductions made from your weekly pay, AFE Recruitment will return these funds to you up to a maximum of 4 weeks.
- This offer is only valid up to 28 days from the date you were enrolled into the pension scheme. If you choose to opt-out after this date you will not be eligible for any refunds. Please refer to your payslip to find out when you were enrolled or call Next Level Solutions on 0121 726 9385
- This option only applies to PAYE staff.
